Laugh Hard

Who we are when we laugh communicates to our bodies and minds our true nature, like a child’s giggle. Its levity reminds us of the wholeness of life, lifting everyone with its infectiousness.

The neurochemicals and hormones our bodies produce when we laugh send our bodies into greater life possibilities, supporting all your intentions. We produce oxytocin (bonding, wholeness and happiness hormone), endorphins, dopamine (happiness chemicals in the brain), increased blood flow, and reduce the stress hormones of cortisol, to name a few. Our relationships are made richer, bonding deeply, with laughter and our creativity is increased.

Laugh your laugh, feel it deeply. And make room for more.
