Anger has so many forms, it can easily go unrecognized for the gold that it is. It’s like a town we pass through on the way out of apathy, denial, politeness that forgets to put yourself in the equation, and automaton behaviors instead of choice. From irritation to rage, trusting yourself with anger is sometimes a necessary catalyst for moving through and out of the ways we limit ourselves and into the joy just on the other side. When we let it move us and melt us, anger can be a powerful spark of creative energy that melts into love, self-love, that catalyzes the very desires we thought were out of reach.
